On The Go

This portfolio gathers together the meals I created while travelling as a nutritionist, hiking and cycling through Canada, France, Portugal, and Spain. Each dish reflects the simplicity and practicality needed while on the move, but also a conscious choice to celebrate seasonal, local, and whole foods.

My aim throughout was to cook in a way that was as sustainable as possible β€” minimising waste, working with what the land and markets provided, and preparing meals that supported both energy during long days outdoors and quality sleep at night.

These photographs are not just records of food, but reminders that eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. With thoughtful choices, simple ingredients can provide nourishment, balance, and a connection to the places we travel through.
